What data we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: full name, phone number, email address (optional), course of interest and your message. We don't collect anything else and we don't profile anyone.
Why we process it
To respond to your request and arrange a possible trial class. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
Who we share it with
The form is handled by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to the association's inbox and acts as data processor. To be checked and added here: where Web3Forms stores the data — if outside the European Union, the applicable safeguards must be stated (standard contractual clauses). Beyond this, the data is only accessible to whoever handles requests at the gym. It is never sold, passed on, or used for newsletters.
How long we keep it
To be decided with the client: typically 12 or 24 months from the last contact, then deletion. If you sign up, your data moves to membership management, governed by its own policy.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to its processing (arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to bodyexperienceclub@gmail.com. If you believe the processing is not compliant, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies and has no analytics or tracking tools. There's no banner to accept because there's nothing to consent to. The map is an image linking to Google Maps, not an embedded map: no request is sent to third parties until you click it.
