Frequently asked questions
Do I need a medical certificate?
A non-competitive medical certificate is enough for training — or a general fitness certificate from your GP. A competitive medical certificate is only needed if you practise combat sports and want to compete.
How does the free trial work?
You get one free trial session — use it however you like, in the weight room or in one of our classes.
What should I bring to my first trial class?
For the weight room, indoor training shoes and a towel are enough. For combat sports, no problem: we provide the equipment.
Do I need experience to start a combat sports class?
No. Classes start from basic technique and progress by level — nobody puts you into sparring on your first lesson. Showing up having never thrown a kick is the norm, not the exception.
Is there a minimum age for the combat sports classes?
No, there's no minimum age for the combat sports classes. Minors need a certification signed by a parent.
What is the A.S.D. membership fee and why do I pay it?
It's the annual membership fee that includes sports insurance, legally mandatory for anyone training with a sports club (A.S.D.). It's paid once a year — not a hidden cost added to your membership.
